Terms of Service

Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of aiphotoedit.ai and its services. AI Photo Edit is operated by ONETU LTD, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us"). By using AI Photo Edit, you agree to these Terms.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older and able to agree to these Terms. You are responsible for your account and for everything done with it, so keep your sign-in details safe.

The service

AI Photo Edit edits photos with AI image models from instructions you write. Each edit follows the instruction you write. If one clearly fails to do what you asked, the Refund Policy explains how to get the credits back. The service is provided "as is" and "as available"; we do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors.

Your photos and edits

You keep all rights to the photos you upload and the edits we make for you. You give us a limited license to store, process and show this content to you only to run the service: making your edit, saving it to your account and delivering it to you. If you turn on sharing for an edit, the license also covers showing it to people who open its link. The license ends when the content is deleted. We do not use your content to train AI models or in our marketing without asking you first. The Privacy Policy explains how long we keep it.

Only upload photos you took or have the right to use, and photos of people only if they agreed to it. For a person under 18, you must be their parent or guardian.

What you may not do

You agree not to use AI Photo Edit to:

• edit photos of people without their permission, or to embarrass, harass or threaten anyone
• make sexual or nude images of anyone, or any sexual content involving a person who is or looks under 18
• impersonate a real person, or pass off an edited photo as a real event to deceive, defraud or mislead people
• remove watermarks, logos or credits from images that are not yours, or infringe anyone's copyright or trademark
• make hateful, violent or illegal content
• break the law, attack our systems, or use automated tools to overload the service

Requests that break these rules may be refused automatically, and we may suspend accounts that break them.

AI-made content

Edits are made by AI and are labeled as AI-edited. Do not present an edit of a real person as an unedited photo where that could mislead people.

Reporting misuse

If you find an image made with AI Photo Edit that shows you without your consent or breaks these rules, email support@aiphotoedit.ai with the link. We review reports within 2 business days and remove shared images that break these Terms.

Credits and refunds

Edits are paid for with credits. The price of each edit is shown on the button before you start. The Refund Policy explains when credits or payments are returned.

Our content

The AI Photo Edit name, logo, website design and our own example images belong to us and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or is used for fraud, including payment disputes opened instead of contacting us.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes go to its courts. If you use AI Photo Edit as a consumer, you keep the protection of the law of the country you live in.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page; important changes are also announced by email.
